Dr. Baldini has been a leader in the dental community for over 30 years. A graduate of the Ohio State University Dental School in 1966 he has been a leader in organizations such as the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and Columbus Dental Society. He served as a part-time clinical instructor at the Ohio State Dental School and this passion for teaching is shown in his chair-side manner with patients. His wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of dentistry is invaluable to his patients.
Dr. Kromhout is from the Columbus area and has a family history of dentistry with his mother and grandfather both being dentists. Dr. Kromhout is excellent at communicating and listening to the patients? needs. He is fluent in Spanish and relates to people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. Dr. Kromhout is a graduate of the University of Kentucky Dental School and an active member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and Hispanic Dental Association. Dr. Kromhout is trained in all the latest techniques in the field of dentistry including implants and cosmetic dentistry.

We offer general dentistry services including extractions, crowns, bridges, dentures, implants and cosmetic procedures. We are conveniently located approximately one block South of Route 161 (E. Dublin-Granville Road) with easy access to I-71 North and South as well as I-270.
Elaine is our dental hygienist at the Karl Road Dental Group. She received her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene degree from Youngstown State University. She was elected to membership in Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society. Elaine has been actively involved in the dental field for thirty-five years. She feels her primary responsibility is educating her patients concerning the importance of maintaining excellent dental health.

Jill graduated with honors from the Ohio Institute of Health careers. She joined the Karl Road Dental Group in 2004. She received an associate of applied arts degree in mental health, mental retardation and chemical dependency, which allows her to interact and communicate with a variety of people with different backgrounds. Jill has experience in administrative work occasionally helping out at the front desk.
Jeanne Jones
Jeanne grew up in the north end area of Columbus and attended St. Francis De Sales high school. She went on to dental assisting school and joined the Karl Road Dental Group 28 years ago. Jeanne sits chair side during dental procedures and considers our patients family. She makes your appointments as comfortable as possible and can answer any questions with her vast knowledge and experience.
Jeannie Schneider
Jeannie Schneider joined our staff in April 2001, coming to us from a Customer Service position with a major insurance carrier. In addition to answering our phones and scheduling your appointments she is happy to assist you with insurance and billing questions. She will provide information related to your upcoming treatment and handle your financial questions.
Gloria Wylie
In April 1979, Gloria joined Dr. Baldini’s practice. Her background in accounting and office administration made her a perfect addition to the practice. She is available to schedule your appointments, assist you in understanding your insurance programs, and answer any other questions you may have regarding your care.
